Qualibond-Alucore

Qualibond-Alucore also known as aluminium core composite panel, is an improved honeycomb panel. Qualibond-Alucore is much stronger, lighter and lower cost than aluminium honeycomb panel. It is made of all-aluminium material and has no plastic as core component. It is 100% environmentally friendly and has a fire resistance grade of A2. Same as the traditional aluminium composite panel, it has the characteristics of high flatness, rich color and easy processing. The product is suitable for ceiling, box body material, cabinet, wardrobe, exterior wall and interior decoration.

2. 0.7mm Aluminium Skin
3. < 0.1mm Adhesive
4. 3mm Profiled Aluminium Core
5. < 0.1mm Adhesive
6. 0.5mm Aluminium Skin
7. Polyester Service Coating
