WHAT IS ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANEL?
Aluminum Composite Material Panels known as ACM Panels OR ACP is a very popular cladding material. ACM panels at first were one of the favorable material of choice for the industrial and commercial contractors. It was mainly because of the versatility, durability, ease of installation and the quality of the surface finishes. Accordingly, all the stores and brands build their signs and storefronts out of this high-quality architectural medium. Nowadays, this material found its way into the modern residential and custom house market!
Aluminum Composite Material Panels also known to many as sandwich panel consists of a Polyethylene core sandwiched between two aluminum sheets. These Panels are very versatile and can be used in many applications. The entire panel consists of 3 main layers.
The Top Aluminum Sheet is coated with either Polyester or PVDF Paint. The Core is either Normal Polyethylene Based or a FR (Fire-Resistant) Core which is specially treated for fire resistance. The Bottom Aluminum Sheet comes in either Mill Finish or if customers require we can provide a thin layer of Polyester Paint coat with (6~8um) backside paint.
